BAME female entrepreneurs needed

Mar 17, 2021 | News | 0 comments

Our Founder Jude is currently in her final year of studies towards her MBA and is looking for participants to conduct research on the BAME (Black, Asian, Minority and ethnic) female entrepreneur, their positive and negative experiences. The research questions are based around professional exposure to, and perception of the problems and barriers of BAME women in business in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The aim of the interview will be to collect information that will be made anonymous but for the purposes of the research. If you, or someone you know would like to take part, please contact: Jude@mynetworkforwomen

This is a research project I am very passionate about, as a second generation Chinese born in the UK, I was born and raised in Doncaster by immigrant parents and a family of entrepreneurs, I hope that the research will enable us to gain a better understanding of the views of female entrepreneurship from BAME communities, and how this sits with the wider business community in Doncaster and South Yorkshire.

I look forward to carrying out this piece of research and meeting many more inspiring female entrepreneurs in our local region!

Jude Chan
